Standard Aluminum Profiles

JMA produces aluminum profiles in a variety of shapes using system controlled aluminum extrusion equipment. Shapes include extruded aluminum angles, extruded aluminum bars & rods, extruded aluminum beams, extruded aluminum pipes & tubes, extruded aluminum channels, extruded aluminum tees and more. The most commonly used materials are aluminum alloy grades of 6063, 6061, 6005, 6082, along with a few others. All raw materials undergo chemical composition test and other inspections before manufacturing, so that we guarantee all our products are made using the best, and most qualified alloys for aluminum profile production.

JMA has manufactured more than 1000 different standard aluminum profile standards in a variety of specifications and dimensions. We also offer specialized, customized products based on customer requirements, backed by the use of advanced technology and equipment. This allows us to manufacture aluminum round tubes with a maximum diameter of 500mm, square tubes with a maximum side length of 700mm and 720 mm width for flat aluminum profile bars.
